Paul DePanicis, Managing Partner- NEXTAFF of Central Florida
As a previous Director of Client Services with a leading RPO company and now Managing Partner with NEXTAFF, Paul puts his seven+ years in the staffing and RPO industries to work for his clients. Paul has held multiple key leadership positions within organizations that were focused on client satisfaction and delivery.
Paul has traveled across the U.S. to meet with clients and adapt workflow processes to help maximize results and working relationships. Paul has nine+ years of management experience and has led associates and managers to achieve high productivity and results. Paul has led on-site and remote operations with accounts generating more than five million dollars of revenue yearly.
Prior to entering the staffing industry, Paul was a retail sales manager for a technology company and led a store team of 60 associates. In this role, Paul was in charge of delivering strong sales results through excellent customer satisfaction.
In 2014, along with his business partner, Paul joined the NEXTAFF team by opening the Central Florida NEXTAFF operation. With the support of NEXTAFF, his partners and the knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, NEXTAFF of Central Florida will continue to grow its client base on a local and national level and deliver cost-effective, results-driven solutions to their clients.
Joseph Coll, Managing Partner- NEXTAFF of Central Florida
With five years in the recruiting industry, Joseph has had first hand experience with every part of the talent acquisition process. Starting as a recruiter, Joseph familiarized himself with the concepts and best practices of recruiting top talent for a variety of industries. Using this knowledge base, Joseph moved into Senior Recruiter and Account Manager roles where he demonstrated his attention to detail and ability to lead. Joseph has traveled around the country meeting with clients in order to learn their needs and develop unique strategies to address their individual issues.
Joseph attributes his success in the staffing industry to a strong work ethic and a dedication that was instilled in him during his four years in the United States Marines.
