Originally from Clarion Pennsylvania, a small town north of Pittsburgh, PA. Rich lived all over as an Army brat. He played football, track and played semi-professional rugby. Rich graduated from Clarion University of PA in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He took a chance after college, packed his dodge shadow with all his belongings and moved West to Colorado and never looked back. Met his wife Tamera in Denver, who is from South Dakota, they married in 2002, have 3 children who are grown now. His oldest son played football at UVA and has his MBA, His middle son is in the US Army, and his youngest is just finishing high school and looking to be a nurse. Northern Virginia is home, Rich, still plays basketball 3 times a week and assists in coaching youth basketball players and has a hobby farm with 10 goats 5 chickens 2 cats and 2 dogs.
Rich, professionally, has been in staffing for over 20 years and loves building teams and helping clients with their staffing opportunities. He has a unique ability to connect with clients and employees. His direct approach, accountability and ownership of his and his teams actions separates him from his competition. He truly cares, he seeks to understand your needs, company goals and collaborates to help you with a solution that helps you and the employee. Rich has sat in every seat in a staffing operation, he has worked for 2 large hospital systems, Centura Health in Colorado and Inova Health in VA, where he collaborated with leadership to manage the contract labor and standardize their contract labor. This helps Rich understand both the client and employee and goals for both.

Shane’s journey with Nextaff began in 2019, when he established a successful franchise in the Kansas City metro area. His experience as a Nextaff franchise owner provides prospective buyers with a completely transparent view of the Nextaff Franchise Opportunity. Prior to his time at Nextaff, Shane led large sales teams in the Financial Services and Medical Device industries, further developing his expertise in leadership and business management.
Basketball! I was fortunate enough to play college basketball all 4 years and in 2013 we won the NCAA DII National Championship.

Orange! Yes, it is one of Nextaff’s main colors but it was my favorite before coming to Nextaff. In the franchising world, I’m known as “Orange pants guy”.
