Using Science to Find — and Keep — Reliable Talent

Are you having trouble hiring quality talent?

With the XFACTOR Process, we use a number of proven methods to acquire talent and retain reliable talent. Through extensive studies, we’ve learned that traditional hiring methods rely on factors that leave a lot to be desired. Those factors, including references, peer ratings, unstructured interviews, job experience and education, often have low correlations with success. In a study conducted by Hodes’ Healthcare, only 12% of “perfect resumes” sent out by mystery shopper candidates were scheduled for interviews. It’s evident that the traditional hiring process is broken.

How can the XFACTOR Process help you find and hire quality talent?

We use reliable methods – based on science – to find top candidates. Our research shows us that certain factors are more predictive of success. We implement each of these methods into our proprietary method. They include:

  • Work sample tests
  • Cognitive ability tests
  • Structured interviews
  • Job trial (temp to hire)
  • Integrity test
  • Personality test

Each of these factors has a much higher correlation rate with success than traditional methods.

How does the XFACTOR process work?

First, we chat to get a good idea of what you’re looking for, and create a profile for each position you’d like to fill. Then, we attract quality talent through social media and job boards. Potential candidates take an assessment that may include an integrity test, cognitive test and personality test. Using the XFACTOR profile we created together, we select the top scorers and screen them over the phone. Those that pass the phone screen move on to a structured interview. Finally, you are given the opportunity to conduct face-to-face interview with the top candidates. You will also receive a copy of the XFACTOR to aid the interview process.

If you’re in need of quality talent, the XFACTOR is the way to go. To find out more about the process, download our free whitepaper on “Perfecting the Perfect Hire” or contact us today.
