Matt is a Kansas native and a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University where he played baseball and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. After graduation Matt spent time in minor league athletics serving as a Sales Executive amongst the other duties that come along with a minor league front office. From there, Matt has spent close to 20 years in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Matt has held leadership positions in both the corporate and agency recruiting industry with experience in a variety of verticals and levels within strategic staffing. Over the course of his career Matt has discovered he has a strong desire to serve others with potentially life changing opportunities. He has a passion for helping businesses succeed with strategic talent acquisition, and for connecting people with those great companies. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a enthusiasm for this industry Matt decided to create something of his own and opened Nextaff Tulsa. Matt’s experience in leadership and recruitment serves as solid foundation for meeting the needs of Tulsa area businesses. Matt lives in Tulsa with his wife Nikki, daughter Anna Kate, and their three dogs.

Tiffany is an Oklahoma native with 15 years of experience in healthcare, 9 of those years dedicated to Senior Living. Tiffany’s career background has primarily been in Human Resources and Business Office Management. She has a desire to help others, and a passion for the healthcare industry.  After seeing the need for finding quality healthcare talent, Tiffany decided to take a different path in her career. By joining an agency recruiting team, she enjoys the ability to help multiple facilities find caregivers who make a impact on their residents.  Outside of work Tiffany enjoys swimming, reading and spending as much time with her family as possible.
