James (Jim) Bohn, MBA – President of NEXTAFF Sonoma County
Prior to his current work, Jim became a Veteran of the US Military, a Veteran of Foreign War, and is also a former police officer. Jim earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2014 from Walden University. Jim is married and lives with his wife in Sonoma County, California. She is the co-owner of the franchise. Jim is originally from Colorado. He enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, skiing, mountain biking, and snow-shoeing.
Luke Ammerman – Sales & Marketing Director of NEXTAFF Sonoma County
Luke has 5+ years in professional sales and marketing, ranging from International Marketing in Italy, Marketing Manager of Political Campaigns and Organizations, Concert and Special events Photographer, and formally a Sales and Marketing Director of a large “3 in 1” Event Center, Catering Company, and Restaurant. Luke has a diverse background in marketing with skills and experience in design and editing programs, branding, analytics, web design, and management, SEO, social media management, photography/videography, public speaking, project management, and direct consumer marketing. Originally from the East Bay, he moved to Sonoma County to attend Sonoma State University to receive a Bachelor’s in both Business Administration (Marketing) and Wine Business. Sonoma County Native Jasmine Hidalgo may be new to the recruiting and staffing industry, but she brings an energetic, detail-oriented attitude to absorb as much knowledge of her position as she can while assisting every candidate with their unique needs.
