James (Jim) Bohn, MBA – President of NEXTAFF Sonoma County
Prior to his current work, Jim became a Veteran of the US Military, a Veteran of Foreign War, and is also a former police officer. Jim earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2014 from Walden University. Jim is married and lives with his wife in Sonoma County, California. She is the co-owner of the franchise. Jim is originally from Colorado. He enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, skiing, mountain biking, and snow-shoeing.
Jasmine Cortez-Hidalgo – Human Resource Coordinator
Sonoma County Native, Jasmine Hidalgo, started working in the recruiting and staffing industry since 2019, and has brought an energetic, detail-oriented attitude to absorb as much knowledge of her position as she can while assisting every candidate with their unique needs. She prides herself on matching every candidate to the position they will excel in the most and giving them the motivation and support they need to succeed. Slowly Jasmine has transitioned from recruiting to being in charge of back office which includes time entry for payroll, invoicing, AG reports, and assisting in worker’s compensation claims which has changed her position title to Human Resource Coordinator. When Jasmine is not at work you will find her with her dog Lola, her husband trying new foods, or taking long drives.
Cameron Melena – Healthcare Recruiter
Cameron Melena is a Staffing Specialist who believes that taking care of the candidate should be a recruiter’s first priority. He works in all kind of verticals making him very familiarized and able to talk to candidates from all walks of lives. He is very interpersonal, friendly, energetic as well as detail-oriented. In his role as a Staffing Specialist, Cameron Melena supports clients in a variety of industries, providing recruiting support, sourcing and screening candidates, and developing sourcing strategies. He has recruited entry level to executive level professionals across multiple industries including Engineers, data & software, and Health Care management roles.
Jocelyn Hernandez – Business Development Manager
Raised in Sonoma County, Jocelyn Hernandez brings her determined, detail oriented and positive attitude into the staffing industry. As Nextaff’s Business Development Manager with an A.A. in Sociology and a big passion for helping others, Jocelyn strives to provide her very best to those who are in search of new opportunities and ensures that her clients receive the quality talent they are searching for. Outside of the office, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves being involved in outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking and catching sunsets at the beach.
Jeannine DeMarce – Executive Assistant
As Director of Sales at Nextaff and Executive Assistant to Jim Bohn, President of Nextaff, Jeannine DeMarce brings years of experience and knowledge of several industries, construction, health, and the finance fields. While new to staffing, her positive attitude and communication skills, along with her administrative skills has helped her to prove successful in creating and maintaining strong client relationships. Jeannine enjoys playing bunco, wine tasting and reading.
Catherine Johnson – Sales/Account Manager
Originally from Portland, OR, Catherine came to the Bay Area to receive her Bachelor’s Degree as a student-athlete. Although Catherine is new to the staffing industry, she is excited to learn more as an Account Manager at Nextaff. Catherine brings a motivated, detail-oriented attitude and strives to help others on a daily basis. She strives to create long lasting relationships and provide the highest level of service to her clients. In her free time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as being outdoors. Catherine is new to Sonoma County and is excited to explore her new home.
