Jim Bohn

With 15 years of experience in retail, business sales, and management in the telecommunications industry, Jim has developed a great interest in helping customers find the best solutions for their business needs. He started as a retail sales clerk and worked hard to earn many sales and management awards. Jim’s dedication and enthusiasm has helped him successfully hire, retain, promote, and develop optimal employees within the organization.

Prior to his current work, Jim became a Veteran of the US Military, a Veteran of Foreign War, and is also a former police officer. Jim earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2014 from Walden University. Jim is married and lives with his wife in Sonoma County, California. She is the co-owner of the franchise. Jim is originally from Colorado. He enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, skiing, mountain biking, and snow-shoeing.

Jocelyn Hernandez
Branch Manager

Raised in Sonoma County, Jocelyn brings her determined, detail-oriented, positive attitude & passion for helping others into the staffing industry. As Nextaff Sonoma’s Branch Manager, Jocelyn strives to provide her very best to those who are in search of new opportunities and ensures her clients receive the quality talent they are seeking. Outside of the office, she is currently pursuing her Human Resource Certification to further expand her knowledge and she also does photography as a side hobby. Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her loved ones, traveling and being involved in outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking and camping.
