James (Jim) Bohn, MBA – President of NEXTAFF Sonoma County

James Bohn With 15 years of experience in retail, business sales, and management in the telecommunications industry, Jim has developed a great interest in helping customers find the best solutions for their business needs. He started as a retail sales clerk and worked hard to earn many sales and management awards. Jim’s dedication and enthusiasm has helped him successfully hire, retain, promote, and develop optimal employees within the organization.
Prior to his current work, Jim became a Veteran of the US Military, a Veteran of Foreign War, and is also a former police officer. Jim earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2014 from Walden University. Jim is married and lives with his wife in Sonoma County, California. She is the co-owner of the franchise. Jim is originally from Colorado. He enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, skiing, mountain biking, and snow-shoeing.

Hammer Bohn is beyond friendly and enthusiastic. He brings his energetic attitude and furry personality to the office every day and is always ready to work and cheer his work family on.
Hammer loves to receive a lot of praises, scratches and cuddles and of course a lot of yummy snacks. On his time off, Hammer enjoys spending time with his paw parents and loves chasing wild turkeys in the lawn and spend his summer days swimming in the lakes.

Kiara Moseby – Healthcare Recruiting Manager

Born and raised in Sacramento, CA, Kiara has over 13 years of experience in Healthcare from nursing to administrative roles. Kiara has traveled throughout Northern California and Houston, Texas, sharing her expertise and expanding her knowledge with various health care institutions. As Nextaff’s Healthcare Recruiting Manager with a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, Kiara brings professionalism, thoroughness, and reliability as she strives to match qualified healthcare professionals to potential employers. Driven by her passion for helping others, Kiara strives to be an advocate for both the talent and the client.
Outside of work, Kiara enjoys spending time with her son and continuing her research on health care advocacy for children with special health care needs.

Outside of the office, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves being involved in outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking and mountain climbing.

Jeannine DeMarce – Executive Assistant

As Director of Sales at Nextaff and Executive Assistant to Jim Bohn, President of Nextaff, Jeannine DeMarce brings years of experience and knowledge of several industries, construction, health, and the finance fields. While new to staffing, her positive attitude and communication skills, along with her administrative skills has helped her to prove successful in creating and maintaining strong client relationships. Jeannine enjoys playing bunco, wine tasting and reading.

Jeremy Lewis – Sales Manager

Jeremy was raised in Sonoma County and brings to Nextaff 20 years of sales experience. He focuses on building strong relationships with clients and creates a solid foundation for a thriving business relationship centered around trust. On his free time Jeremy competes as an Amateur and Professional Kickboxer. He also enjoys the ranch life taking care of animals and gardening. For the last 10 years he has played in a successful rock cover band playing 70s, 80s and 90s music.

Catherine Johnson – Business Development Manager

Catherine is originally from Portland, OR and moved to the Bay Area to play college volleyball and receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. Catherine is a motivated and passionate team player with a love for helping others. She strives to create long lasting relationships and provide the highest level of service to her clients. In her free time, Catherine enjoys wine tasting and spending time with her family, friends and cat, Murphy.

Jorge Cruz is a Staffing Specialist who believes that supporting the candidate should be a recruiter’s first priority. Having a background in teaching allows him to be very interpersonal, friendly, energetic as well as detail-oriented.
