With 15 years of experience in retail, business sales, and management in the telecommunications industry, Jim has developed a great interest in helping customers find the best solutions for their business needs. He started as a retail sales clerk and worked hard to earn many sales and management awards. Jim’s dedication and enthusiasm has helped him successfully hire, retain, promote, and develop optimal employees within the organization.
Prior to his current work, Jim became a Veteran of the US Military, a Veteran of Foreign War, and is also a former police officer. Jim earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2014 from Walden University. Jim is married and lives with his wife in Sonoma County, California. She is the co-owner of the franchise. Jim is originally from Colorado. He enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, skiing, mountain biking, and snow-shoeing.

He brings his energetic attitude and furry personality to the office every day and is always ready to work and cheer his work family on. Hammer loves to receive a lot of praises, scratches and cuddles and of course a lot of yummy snacks. On his time off, Hammer enjoys spending time with his paw parents and loves chasing wild turkeys in the lawn and spend his summer days swimming in the lakes.
Illyssa McGuire has over 8 years of Human Resource experience and has worked in many different industries such as Staffing, News and Media, and Utilities. Illyssa has a passion for Employee Empowerment, Organizational Strategy, and Operations. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University with her B.S.B.A in Human Resource Management and minored in International Human Resources and Quality Control. Illyssa loves to travel and has been to Italy, Ireland, and is always looking to plan her next international adventure.
Daresha is an experienced Human Services professional born and raised in Sacramento, CA. With a bachelors in Ethnic Studies, Daresha is driven by helping people. She takes pride in providing the best resources and services possible. As a healthcare recruiter, her goals include making connections with companies as well as people looking to help in the healthcare field. In addition to her primary job functions, Daresha works to stay up to date in the healthcare field to provide the best service to and for everyone involved.Outside of work, Daresha enjoys spending time with her family and exploring her new found interest in plants.
Catherine is originally from Portland, OR and moved to the Bay Area to play college volleyball and receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. Catherine is a motivated and passionate team player with a love for helping others. She strives to create long lasting relationships and provide the highest level of service to her clients. In her free time, Catherine enjoys wine tasting and spending time with her family, friends and cat, Murphy.
Dave Ohman grew up in Southern California and he attended UCLA where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He moved his family to Sonoma County in 2005 where he and his beautiful wife have raised two beautiful, successful daughters. Sara recently graduated from Cal State University Monterey Bay while Rosie is currently attending UCLA. Dave has a wealth of business experience including 7 years in the staffing industry and 25 years leading teams, growing the top and bottom line, and helping others succeed.
Miley Chang has been in the healthcare profession, since 2017. With her experiences, she helps recruit qualifying talents for healthcare facilities. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and crafting buddies.
I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and am currently working on my Substance Use Disorder Counseling License. I have worked with mental health and addiction for 5 years in various different roles. This has always been my passion since I was a child, working within the healthcare field. I strive to be an extremely motivated person who always pushes towards their goals and dreams. I believe providing compassion towards others is one of the keys to build strong relationships. My goal being a healthcare recruiter is to help others also reach their dreams and receive exceptional service. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and traveling all over together.
