Lizzette Weber has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance, and holds a (PHR) Professional Certification in Human Resources Administration from UCSD. She is also NAPS certified CERS ( Certified Employee Retention Specialist) and NAPS certified CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and she is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Lizzette is a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in leadership roles managing complex client services for mid to large size companies on start-up, rightsizing, downsizing, rapid growth and expansion modes. She has a strong background including recruiting, onboarding, employee retention, team building, compensation, employee relations, outplacement, cost-reduction, business development, continuous improvement, and process improvement. Lizzette also has extensive Search experience assisting International / Global companies with Headhunting, Executive Search and Staffing & Recruiting in order to solve Talent Acquisition needs for the electronic, medical device, aerospace, industrial and commercial industries.
Lizzette is originally from Mexico. She learned about entrepreneurship early in life from her Dad who owned and managed a prestigious chain of restaurants. At the early age of 21, Lizzette was instrumental in successfully starting up three McDonalds franchise locations within one year in her hometown. Her next venture was starting up, from scratch, a complex 300 employee electronic components manufacturing site as General Manager. She has created and implemented salary compensation structures, training development and talent acquisition strategies while performing key leadership roles for several international/global companies. She decided to start her own recruiting firm in 2018. Her mission and motivation is to make an impact in her community by providing employment and enhancing the lives of many people. She thrives on challenge, continuous improvement and goal achievement. Lizzette lives in San Diego since 2002, and has two amazing children. Her daughter Chrysanne is a sophomore in college, and her son Derek is a freshman in high school. Her loving husband Ralph is a successful entrepreneur and business owner. Lizzette values family and enjoys nature, reading and personal development. She likes to do all type of outdoors activities, especially hiking, and she loves to travel. Lizzette and her husband have a goal of visiting every single baseball park in the United States.
