Mike has nearly 25 years of successful sales and marketing management experience primarily in the automotive manufacturing industry. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton, he began working in the automotive industry in a business to business sales role managing large OEM accounts.
In 2005, he decided to exit the auto industry and enter the service industry, specifically the non-medical home care staffing industry. Mike was the General Manager for a Home Instead Senior Care franchise operation. His time there was a period of growth and success which included the acquisition of a second franchise territory, the opening of two new satellite offices employing nearly 200 part time caregivers, and a full time administrative staff.
Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Mike relocated to Dallas in 2013 for a sales management position with a global auto parts manufacturer. In 2017, he and his wife, Tonya, decided to put their business experience to good use and decided to buy a franchise. After much research and consideration, Nextaff was the franchise they decided on. Mike has been a hiring manager in the past, he knows the demands of obtaining quality talent. His goal is to make it a smooth process that will gain the trust and loyalty of his customers.
Tonya Stuber received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management in 2010 and her master’s degree in Human Resource Management in 2012; the same year she retired from the U.S. Navy. She has 6 years of recruiting and placement experience primarily in the Federal government.
Originally from Orange County, California, Tonya relocated to Dallas after retiring from military service. In 2018, Tonya and her husband, Mike, decided it was time to start their own business. After researching several industries, staffing/recruiting kept coming up as the most viable and desirable. After vetting several staffing franchises, Nextaff had the best back office support, training and structure that appealed to both Mike and Tonya.
Tonya is passionate about recruiting and using quality methods to vet applicants. She is excited about the Nextaff X-Factor proprietary method on evaluating talent to place people in positions that they are most likely to be successful in. Her goal is to place quality applicants that meet hiring managers expectations.
