We will provide training for you and your key staff for one week at our corporate support center, plus one week of training at your office location. Additional training may be made available. Training will include instruction relating to the operation of your office, services offered, costs and cash control, client service, comprehensive marketing and sales programs, accountability for sales and marketing, associate scheduling and methods of controlling operating costs. It will also cover management roles as well as each job function of your employees. In addition, as a Nextaff Partner, you will have access to all NEXTAFF trademarks, products and procedures. We'll also present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis.
+ What type of experience do I need to have?
At this time, we are seeking existing staffing business owners and operators to join our system. The conversion of a staffing or personnel services business to a Workforce Strategy company can represent a significant opportunity for current business owners, who want to take their businesses to the next level. We also look for owners who have solid staff management and client service skills. In addition, we prefer to work with owners who will be directly involved in the operations and growth of their NEXTAFF businesses. In turn, we'll provide the support needed to run their NEXTAFF operation. We do, of course, also expect that the Partner will have the right amount of capital to invest in their business.
+ How much will the Nextaff Partner opportunity cost me?
The estimated required investment for converting your existing staffing business to a NEXTAFF Partner opportunity ranges between $12,500 and $25,000, which includes a franchise fee of $10,000. As with any business venture, it's important that you have the capital needed to adequately fund your business.
+ Are there ongoing fees paid to Nextaff?
Partners will be required to pay royalties on a sliding scale, based on the length of time as a Partner. The royalty rate would start at 2.95% of gross revenue from staffing services for months 1-12. For months 13-24, royalties on gross revenues from staffing services will be at 3.95%. For months 25-60, royalties on gross revenues from staffing services will be at 4.95%. The fees collected via royalty payments allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of procedures, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades.
+ Are there any advertising fees?
Partners are not required to spend a minimum amount on local advertising; however we do recommend taking out ads on various job boards for candidate recruiting. Currently, Partners are required to contribute $250 per month into the system marketing fund. These required contributions may be adjusted over time by the franchisor, to a maximum of $500 per month. Any collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the NEXTAFF brand and fund the creative costs to maintain and update our website, develop local marketing materials and campaigns, conduct market research, and more.
+ Is financing available?
We do not offer direct financing to franchisees. We may be able to provide references to qualified financing or lending resources, on a case-by-case basis.
+ What is the term of the agreement?
The initial term of the agreement is 5 years.
