All employees who have completed 30 days of service are eligible to participate in the Group Benefits Program that we sponsor. This program gives you the opportunity to choose from these plans:

You may also choose to cover your eligible dependents under many of these plans. These plans are affordably priced and your premium payments are deducted directly from your paycheck. You will have 30 days from your eligibility date to enroll in the program. For further information please request a Brochure and Enrollment Form from your Account Manager.
*You are eligible for 1 paid vacation day (8 hours) for each 500 hours you have worked in a calendar year. Vacation days cannot be used to extend a paid holiday and must be used in the year they are earned.
