Vince Knackstedt-General Manager
Vince was born in Wisconsin, raised in Minnesota and New Mexico. Vince graduated from New Mexico State University and earned a degree in Marketing. Vince started his professional career by joining Sears for 15 years, by graduating from their National Management Training Program and leading as a Store Manager, District Manager, National Training Manager, Communications Manager, Process Manager and Operational Project Manager. Vince jumped at the opportunity to move to Colorado and further his business learning by joining the Nextaff team in 2008. He is married with two children.

Eva Rodriguez-Account Manager
Eva Rodriguez was born in La Mirada, California and raised in Denver, Colorado. She is a Loving and proud mother of 3 beautiful smart children 1 girl and 2 boys. She graduated from James Madison High school and Everest College. Eva has been in the work force for the past 11 years and has great customer service skills and a great work ethic. Eva has an extensive work background ranging from cashiering, banquet serving, banquet captain, quality control, front desk agent, payroll specialist for Frontier Airlines. Eva is currently on the path of the career she wishes to take in life; NEXTAFF is a great opportunity for her, she plans on being an associate of NEXTAFF for years to come. Eva is excited and looking forward to the growth of NEXTAFF.

Martha Andrade-Account Manager
Martha was born in the small Bolvian town of Oruro. Martha spent her first half of her life growing up in Bolivia and the second half here in Denver. After graduating high school, Martha attended The Bolivian Catholic University in La Paz, Bolivia. Martha worked 8 years in the wireless industry where she started as a Sales Representative and worked her way up to an Area Account Representative for Qpay, a wireless payment company. Martha has enjoyed working at Nextaff for a little more than a year and looks forward to many more successful years at Nextaff.

Erica Martinez- Account Manager
Erica was born and raised in El Paso, TX. She is the oldest of 4 siblings and was the 1st of her family to graduate. Erica also has an Associate’s degree in Science and is a professional Massage therapist. She started her professional career 15 years ago in the customer service industry and has since gained experience as a customer service manager, office manager and operations manager. After moving to Denver in 2001, Erica worked at the Furniture Room for 6 years as their customer service manager and shortly after 3 years, took on as operations manager. Erica improved her leadership skills by attending the Mountain States Employer’s council in Denver and enrolled in the “Eye on Leadership” and “Customer relations” programs in 2005. She later found a great opportunity in Nextaff and joined the account management team in October of 2008. She has a 6 year old son whom she adores and 1 ½ year old Chihuahua that she loves dearly.
