Cary T. Daniel, Co-Founder and CEO
With more than 16 years of employment services expertise and a 12 year entrepreneurial veteran, Cary Daniel has been involved in every aspect of running a successful organization.  Mr. Daniel has been both a successful buyer and seller of multiple businesses.  He also has direct experience in the finance structuring of numerous acquisitions. Mr. Daniel has also been responsible for Franchise & Affiliate Development since the Company’s start and will be responsible for the successful implementation of the growth strategy.

Mr. Daniel was the CEO and Co-Founder of Human Resource, LLC in 1998; which received local and national recognition for sales growth.  Prior to forming Human Resource Mr. Daniel spent the previous 4 years working for national staffing firms having success in both sales and management.

Mr. Daniel earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri State University.  Mr. Daniel is mentor at the UMKC Bloch School of Business and has previously worked with business students at Missouri State University and Kansas University.

James Windmiller, Co-Founder and COO

A 16 year veteran in the employment services industry, Mr. Windmiller has spent the past 8 years with Nextaff.  He has served as the COO since the Company’s founding in 2003.  While leading operations for Nextaff, Mr. Windmiller has been responsible for the recognition received from both Inc. 500 and Ingram’s magazines for fastest growing companies.

Prior to forming Nextaff, Mr. Windmiller was COO and Co-Founder of Human Resource, LLC; a temporary staffing and recruiting firm based in Kansas City, MO.   Human Resource operated 6 locations in MO, KS and CO prior to selling in 2003.  Prior to forming Human Resource Mr. Windmiller spent 2 years working for a national staffing firm in sales and marketing.  

Stacy Wheeler, Vice President of Business Development

As the former President and Founder of CCMG, a 2010 Nextaff acquisition, Stacy Wheeler brings with him a valuable 15 years of experience in the employment services industry.  Mr. Wheeler is responsible for the oversight of all workforce strategy sales within the Nextaff affiliates.  

Prior to joining Nextaff, Mr. Wheeler was responsible for the majority of new clients obtained by CCMG throughout its history.  During his tenure, CCMG grew from $0 to $55MM in revenue in 5 years.

Mr. Wheeler earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri University.

John A. Thomas, CSP, CTS, Vice President of Affiliate Development

John A. Thomas is currently the Vice President of Affiliate Development for Nextaff.  John is an Employment Industry leader with over 25 years of experience using proven recruiting and talent acquisition strategies to help companies reach their potential by acquiring the right talent. John is also an experienced consultant/trainer having conducted over 200 training seminars on leadership, management development, recruiting, behavioral based interviewing, hiring plans, sales, customer service and strategic planning. 

His background also includes Management Consulting with a strong background in strategically aligning company goals with personal goals. John’s emphasis has been on making companies more profitable by driving sales, controlling costs and motivating team members to perform at a higher level.

Dennis Dumovich, PHR, Vice President of Human Resources

Dennis has over 22 years of human resources experience in the public and private sectors as well as within his own business. ¬†Mr. Dumovich will be responsible for the oversight of the Nextaff workforce.  It will be his responsibility that Nextaff and their clients are in proper compliance with the numerous federal and state regulations.  

Prior to joining Nextaff, Mr. Dumovich was the Chief People Officer at CCMG.  Dennis has also led the HR function for such notable companies as Applebee’s International, Birch Telecom, Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas and C3.

Mr. Dumovich earned a Bachelor’s Degree from William Jewell College and a Masters degree in HR Management from Central Michigan University. Dennis is PHR certified by the Society for Human Resource Management.
